Rond 19:11 uur brak een autobrand uit in parkeergarage De Vier Gravinnen aan de Vier Gravinnen in Tiel. De brandweer rukte met spoed uit en escaleerde de inzet naar een grote brand (GROTE BR), met meerdere eenheden ter plaatse. Volgens De Gelderlander werden circa 100 mensen uit naburige woningen geëvacueerd als voorzorgsmaatregel. Het incident resulteerde ook in minstens één gewonde. De brand ontstond in een voertuig en veroorzaakte rookontwikkeling die tot de omliggende woningen reikte, waardoor ontruiming noodzakelijk werd. De brandweer had het incident onder controle rond 19:43 uur.
