## Samenvatting

Rond 04:23 uur brak een zeer grote brand uit in een parkeergarage aan de Bas Paauwestraat in Rotterdam-Zuid. De brandweer rukte met spoed uit met meerdere eenheden en riep GRIP 1 af vanwege de ernst van de situatie. Ambulances werden eveneens ter plaatse geroepen. Volgens de berichtgeving ging het om een elektrijdende Audi e-tron die in brand vloog, wat giftige rook veroorzaakte. Het incident leidde tot de evacuatie van meerdere woningen in het nabijgelegen gebouw. De parkeergarage zou naar aanleiding van de brand voorlopig worden gesloten voor inspectie. De brand ontstond in de parkeergarage onder een wooncomplex en veroorzaakte aanzienlijke rookontwikkeling, waardoor voorzorgshalve omliggende bewoners moesten vertrekken.
